大会背景

           2023年12月，中央经济工作会议提出要打造低空经济等若干战略性新兴产业。今年，低空经济写入两会政府工作报告，成为

新质生产力的重要引擎。二十届三中全会提出“发展通用航空和低空经济”写入《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》，我国低空经济日益呈现出高速发展的态势。

        为贯彻落实中央经济工作会议和二十届三中全会精神，加速推进低空经济快速发展，由中国航空学会、中国国防工业企业协会联合主办的“2024第七届无人系统大会(GUSC2024)”暨“粤港澳大湾区低空经济产业大会”，“2024珠海国际低空经济博览会”

于11月10-12日在珠海国际会展中心举行，

       全球无人系统大会(GUSC)自2017创办以来，已成功举办六届，其专业化、国际化，产业化、平台化程度不断提升，已发

展成为我国低空经济及无人系统领域规模最大、规格最高、国际元素最丰富的行业年度盛会之一。聚集来自国内、美国、瑞士、

新加坡、日本、加拿大，比利时等地的专家学者及行业观众，大会邀请国家相关部委领导、中外院士、业界领袖及专家共同探

讨低空经济发展之势。

      In December 2023, the Central Economic Work Conference emphasized the need to develop strategic emerging industries,

including the low-altitude economy In 2024, the low-altitude economy was included in the Govrment Work Report

during the NPC & CPPCC Sessions, establishing it as an important engine for new quality productive forces. The Third

Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee underscored the development of general aviation and the low-altitude

economy in the Resolution fo CPC Central Commistee on Further Deenenine Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese

Modernization. As a result. China' s low-altitude economy is experiencing rapid growth.

    To implement the directives from the Central Economic Work Conference and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC

Central Committee,and to accelerate the rapid development of the low-altitude economy,t2024 the 7th Unmanned Systems Conference(GUSC 2024),Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area Low Altitude Economic Indusrtty Convention and 2024 Zhuhai International Low Altitude Economic Expo Exhibition will be held at the Zhuhai international Convention and Echibition Center from November 10 to12.

       GUSC has been successfully held for six sessions since its first session in 2017. With increasing levels in terms of irs

specialized content, global participation, industry integration, and its role as a platform for exchange and collaboration, GUSC has evolved into one of the largestt and most presigious annual events in China's low-altitude economy and unmannde systems sector, showeasing a diverse range of international participation. The conference will gather experts, scholars and trade visitors from China, the US, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, Canada, Belgium and beyond. Leaders from relevant Chinese minisrties and commissions,as well as domesric and foreign academicians,indusrtry leaders,and experts,will gather to discuss the future developmentt of the low altitude economy.
